We booked a fairly last-minute vacation and found Alex's place to be a perfect fit for our family of 5. The house was in perfect condition and Alex was an extremely helpful and accommodating host. If you are looking for a peaceful setting but with amenities that provide great family entertainment, then this house and the host are a perfect fit. We would highly recommend staying here! Our stay with Alex was wonderful. From the moment we walked into the home, we were really blown away. The space is bigger than even the pictures make it look. We had a huge kitchen, supper, dining area, large two-story, open living room room, two master suites with their own baths, two rooms upstairs, each with their own baths, and another room downstairs with its own bath. You also have the enormous game and movie room which our kids loved. Location is wonderful and really close to Disney and other attractions. There’s a huge neighborhood pool and waterslide along with arcades and a small kitchen with burgers, drinks, and some small groceries, all within the neighborhood. There’s also a huge park that the kids could play at. Walmart and Starbucks are right around the corner, which were really convenient. It was about a 10 minute drive to Animal Kingdom for us, and about 13 to 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom depending on traffic. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with 3 other families with little kids and had a blast! The house itself was so fun for the kids and we enjoyed all the outdoor space! We would stay here again!

Great stay! Came to Florida for my nephew’s birthday and the house was very close to my sisters. It was a perfect place to stay: pool,games, spacious, & clean! Also Alex was responsive! 5/5

We can't say enough about our stay at Alex's place for our large group of girls! We never felt super crowded in the space and there was large enough spaces for us all to hangout at once. The location was perfect-- walkable to restaurants& coffee shops and a short drive to the beach! Alex was one of the most responsive and easy to work with hosts I have experienced with renting. He responded within an hour (usually quicker) to any issues and was able to resolve them all within a short period of time. He also did his very best to meet our requests which we absolutely appreciated! We could not recommend Alex's place enough and will definitely keep it in our list of places to go back to!

Very spacious, comfortable, and clean space. Great place for multiple families vacationing together, especially with kids. Lots of pool security (locks and alarms) that made me feel way less nervous vacationing with 10 kiddos at times we weren't outside supervising. Lots and lots of towels and beach towels, which was super convenient.

Alex was a great host, quick response times, everything we needed was there for our stay. The pool was very warm, jacuzzi was great. The house was clean, photos accurately depicted the property. I would definitely stay again. I have no complaints.

We had a great stay here. Great, safe neighborhood. Convenient location to everything. Beautiful, clean house. Amazing amenities and pool, exactly as shown in the photos. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This one is in our top rentals. The backyard was complete entertainment for our family of 4. The clean and spacious inside were great. And we were so close to so many restaurants and activities.

We were traveling to Sarasota to visit a relative and the house was in a great location for us. The house was comfortable, spotless and the views over the golf course were fantastic - the house was exactly as described in the photos,. Alex friendly and easy to deal with and was extremely communicative and responded to any questions within 10 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Alex!
