My newly renovated home is in the heart of the theme parks, minutes to Disney, Universal, and the rest Orlando has to offer. 2,342 sq ft, it’s open and airy layout can accommodate up to 10 people. Community amenities include a clubhouse with a pool & slides, gym, tennis courts, basketball court, putting green, and beach volleyball all within a short walk. The home is furnished with brand new MLILY mattresses, and an Article sofa. 2 remodeled modern showers are highlights as well. Inside the kitchen, you'll find new stainless steel appliances, silverware, pots, pans and plates for your stay. All bedrooms, the living room, and game room have new Roku TVs. The drive-in themed movie theater has a 10 ft projector screen with a Retro 1957 Chevy Car Sofa shipped from a Gallery. In terms of amenities - pool, spa, arcade games, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, fast Wi-Fi, blow dryer, towels, soap, paper towels, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. 2 King Beds (downstairs), 1 Queen Bed (downstairs), 4 twin beds (upstairs). Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional daily charge. A visit from Disney/Universal characters, and a private chef can be arranged for an additional cost as well. At no additional charge, 2 Summer 3Dmini Convenience Strollers, one high chair, and one Graco Pack 'N Play playard are available to use. Please notify me before arrival if you'd like to use any of these, and we can arrange to take out of storage. Resort: visit the Welcome Center at the main clubhouse to obtain your FREE wrist bands for full access. Dogs may be allowed depending on the situation - if they won’t increase the cleaning required, that should be fine. Please message me to confirm before booking.
