**Pickleball court is just for you, and in the backyard. Additional private amenities in the backyard include pool, putting green, and basketball (professional hoop). My home has a unique backyard, complete with a pool, pickleball court, putting green, professional basketball hoop, and BBQ, all right on Sara Bay Country Club golf course. 1,855 sq ft, it’s open and airy layout can accommodate up to 8 people. Short drive to the beach, airport, downtown Sarasota and Bradenton. Pool heat is offered for an additional daily charge. The home has been refurnished with brand new MLILY mattresses, an Article sofa, and decor throughout. Inside the kitchen, you’ll find new stainless steel appliances, silverware, pots, pans and plates for your stay. All bedrooms and the living room have new Roku TVs. Amenities also include fast Wi-Fi, towels, soap, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds. The home is one story. Approx times: Lido Key Beach 16min Siesta Key Beach 25min Airport 7min Downtown Sarasota 15min Downtown Bradenton 15min IMG 10min Anna Maria Island 35min To note, you may come across water bugs and other Florida critters/wildlife - I have pest control come regularly, but these are part of the Florida ecosystem and impossible to avoid. Setting expectations so you are aware! Per house rules, guest needs a 5 star rating to stay at the property. No guns, knives or weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. Guest who is booking must be at least 25yrs old (reach out to host if younger to discuss your travel plans/reason for your stay). The golf course is private but there are many public courses in the area. Do not go in the garage, or park cars inside.

Other Details to Note

Security cameras are in place to ensure the safety of the guests and secure the property. They are located outside the front door, driveway, pool area, and garage. The garage is not part of the Airbnb - it is off limits, and guests can’t go inside the garage or park there.

We booked a fairly last-minute vacation and found Alex's place to be a perfect fit for our family of 5. The house was in perfect condition and Alex was an extremely helpful and accommodating host. If you are looking for a peaceful setting but with amenities that provide great family entertainment, then this house and the host are a perfect fit. We would highly recommend staying here! We were traveling to Sarasota to visit a relative and the house was in a great location for us. The house was comfortable, spotless and the views over the golf course were fantastic - the house was exactly as described in the photos,. Alex friendly and easy to deal with and was extremely communicative and responded to any questions within 10 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Alex!

Our stay at Alex’s Place in Sarasota from Jan. 8th through the 13th was fantastic! The drive from the airport to the house was quick and easy. The neighborhood was very mature and quiet and Alex’s Place is one of the most attractive homes in the area. Every aspect of the home was of high quality – from the driveway to the backyard complete with a beautiful patio, heated pool, putting green, and a pickleball court. The house was immaculate throughout. The double-sliding patio door leading to the pool was magnificent! Additionally, Alex made sure that our stay was comfortable for an infant by providing a pack ‘n play and high chair. The pool was fantastic and felt larger than the photos. In addition, the backyard backs up to a fairway on a quiet private golf course. One of my favorite memories was watching the green and yellow parrots fly between the tall trees of the golf course. I hope to return someday and would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Alex’s house. The home was well equipped with everything that we needed and Alex was extremely communicative throughout our stay. Our kids also really enjoyed the basketball/pickleball court and the pool.
