The home is two stories. Pool heat is an additional charge. The pool is heated to 85 degrees. Outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature. To note, you may come across water bugs and other Florida critters/wildlife - I have pest control come regularly, but these are part of the Florida ecosystem and impossible to avoid. Setting expectations so you are aware! Per house rules, guest needs a 5 star rating to stay at the property. No guns, knives or weapons of any kind are allowed on the property.
