Rooms and suites are uniquely designed with distinct color schemes inspired by the coastal palette of Palm Beach: pastels, botanical patterns, and vintage-inspired furnishings ⭐️ BEDROOMS ⭐️ Each bedroom has it's own sophisticated tropical theme with tasteful furniture, and a large Roku smart TV. Comfy mattresses and pillows so you can rest well! ⭐️ BATHROOMS ⭐️ Bathrooms are redone with bright beautiful tiles, granite, and new fixtures. One bathroom has dual sinks and plenty of counter space, with a walk in shower. The other bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms have hair dryers included underneath the sink. ⭐️ LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN ⭐️ Enter the home to a spacious, open living room, dining room, and kitchen. The space features a massive tropical mural, cozy seating, large Roku TV, formal dining room table seating 8, and detailed rug. There is an additional dining table on the patio. Bar stools by the kitchen island for a quick snack or drink. Inside the kitchen, you’ll find new stainless steel appliances, silverware, pots, pans and plates for your stay. ⭐️ OUTDOOR SPACE ⭐️ Step from the dining room into the screened-in patio, complete with comfy seating, Connect 4, Giant Jenga, and a second dining area for outdoor meals. Beyond the patio stretches an incredible backyard! Pool heat is an additional charge. Outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature. All bedrooms and the living room have new Roku TVs. Amenities also include fast Wi-Fi, towels, soap, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 2 King Beds and 1 Queen Bed. The home is one story. To note, you may come across water bugs and other Florida critters/wildlife - I have pest control come regularly, but these are part of the Florida ecosystem and impossible to avoid. Setting expectations so you are aware! Per house rules, guest needs a 5 star rating to stay at the property. No guns, knives or weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. Dogs typically not allowed but reach out to me to discuss further! Guest who is booking must be at least 25yrs old (reach out to host if younger to discuss your travel plans/reason for your stay) Do not go in the garage, or park cars inside.
